USEFUL INFORMATION

All work is carried out under the terms and conditions of Classic Design.
When you place a job with Classic Design you are entering into a legally binding contract. Should you choose to cancel this contract at a later date it can only be cancelled in writing.
Under the terms of the contract Classic Design will retain 20% in handling fees or invoice this amount where payments received at the time of cancellation are less than this amount. This is because we have to fulfill our contractual obligations with our own partners once committed to your job

We collect information via website forms for our own information to process quotations and to correspond with our potential and existing clients.
Classic Design do not sell or rent any database information that we collect and do not intend to at any date in the future.
If you do not wish to receive communications from us we will immediately remove your details from our records on request without question.

On production of multi-sectioned stitched magazines an allowance should be made at the Design/repro stage for the bulking of the paper. The centre pages will trim smaller in width than the outer pages, for example on a 124pp saddle stitched product on 90gsm silk, the centre pages are approximately 5mm in width smaller than the outer pages.
Please note that Classic Design Ltd do not adjust customers PDF files to allow for bulking and allowance must be made for this at the artwork and reproduction stage. Please contact your account executive for more information.
